The hotel, a grey dull-looking eight-story-building, was built in the 1980s. It´s a very grey and gloomy looking building in the middle of the woods. It is heavily attacked by mold. Presumably, this hotel never had a warm, cozy feeling about it to its guests but it was practical and offered everything you needed.
Few years ago, an investor bought it but nothing has happened since then. Personally, I would bet that the demolition is inevitable due to the moisture inside the walls. As long as nothing else is going to happen, the mold will grow and attack the left behind bibles as well as the small cookies offered for the hotel guests in the rooms. Even the still existing bottles of champagne in the minibars are covered by dust and mold.
